The Department of Homeland Security published a final rule in today’s Federal Register which increases the premium processing filing fee by 14.92%. This changes the current fee of $1,225.00 to $1,410. This new fee will begin to take effect on October 1, 2018 and any applications or petitions postmarked to the USCIS on or after that date under the Premium Processing service must include the new fee.
