EAD Card

Persons who are temporarily in the U.S. who are eligible for employment may apply for an EAD card through the USCIS. A photo of the newly designed card is provided to the left.

The EAD card typically contains the following information:

1. Name;
2. A Number;
3. Birth Date;
4. Category of eligibility for EAD;
5. Sex;
6. Country of Birth; and
7. Any terms and/or condition
